        JOB TITLE & DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: -                                          QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCE:- 

1.	Chief Engineer (Civil): As head of the Faisalabad based construction division he shall. (a) Plan and complete construction of foundations, deep injection wells, erection of prefabricated housing, installation of RO plants on 635 sites within 9 months (b) Carryout O&M of plants for 3 years (c) Arrange inspections, process bills & M.Bs. (d) Procure construction materials, (e) Control inventory (f) Make correspondence (g) Daily Monitoring and reporting progress (h) Prepare technical & financial bids against tenders (i)Support business development	M.S / B.E (Civil / water Engineering) with sharp skills in (a) Design and execution of EPC / construction contracts of Gov’t agencies i.e. PHED, WASA/Nespak, or Local Gov’t construction of deep injection wells (b) Shop drawings/CPM/AutoCAD (c) BOQs & rates analyses. (d) Billing & M.B (e) Installation of Prefab housing and digital monitoring system. (f) Drafting and analyzing technical, financial and legal provisions of the contract.  (g) Developing project proposal & feasibility studies (h) understanding of Engineering council and PPRA rules & practices (i) MIS (j) project management (k) new business creation
2.	Chief Engineer (Process) As head of Islamabad based Process division shall. (a) Build and train a team of sub-engineers, operators. (b) Develop training & monitoring modules for O&M (c) Ensure timely execution and operation of plants at all times (d) Design technical & financial model for local manufacturing of water filtration products. (e) Ensure water quality (f) Make correspondence and report progress (h Prepare technical & financial bids against tenders.	M.S/B.E (Water Engineering /Mechanical with strong skills in (a) Water filtration technologies (b) Environment development (c)installation, repair and O&M of Reverse Osmosis plants (d) procurement of water treatment equipment, consumables/spare parts, (e) Waste water recycling technology (f) ISO standard and Procedures. (g) Water quality management (h) technical writing (i)training (j)Project proposal & feasibility studies (k) MIS  (l) water infrastructure projects (m)  innovative solution in water industry  (n) Marketing (n)New business creation
3.	Zonal Engineers (Civil & Mechanical) one each at Islamabad, Sargodha, Bahawalpur and Faisalabad, to assist the heads of construction and process divisions.	B.E. Civil / Mechanical with up to 5 years experience of construction contracts of gov’t agencies specially drinking water treatment plants.
4.	Chief Financial Officer as head of Financial management based at Islamabad shall (a) Work as company’s Secretary (b) Handle corporate and financial management (c) Report financial progress & transactions (d) Carry out budgetary controls, cash flow management, and internal audit. (e) Procure bank financing. (f) File tax and corporate returns. (g) Prepare financial bids	FCMA/ Equivalent with min 10 years experience of (a) Financial & Assets management of a construction firm, (b) Sharp skills in preparation of budget, software based accounting policy, internal audit (c) Corporate affairs and SECP procedures (d) Cost management (e) Financial modeling and analysis of financial statements, (f) Project proposal & feasibility study (g) MIS (h) new business creation.
5.	Chief Water Analyst based at Faisalabad Shall ensure water quality management at all sites of RO plants.	M.Sc (Microbiology) with min 5 years experience of water quality testing, laboratory management and reporting, MIS
6.	Executive Secretary: Shall assist the Islamabad based COO in (a) effective monitoring of business operations. (b) Make presentations. (c) Event management (d) Networking with Media, NGOs, INGOs  Gov’t offices (e) Correspondence and reporting (f) Business development. (g) Image building.  (h) Support Preparation of  technical & financial bids & Marketing water filtration products	MBA Marketing /M.Sc Economics/degree in any social science having experience of Working with local/international NGO or a donor funded project and skills in developing tools for cost and time effective management of business (b) Presentations & business writing. (c) Media & public relationing   (d) Economic analysis (e) Net surfing & MIS, New business creation  & strategic planning (f) Technology exploitation.
7.	Electrical Engineer: (based at Faisalabad) shall be responsible for (a) installation and O&M of electricity supply system for R.O plants & other electric equipments of the company (b) Developing BOQs for acquiring electric equipments (c) Correspondence and reporting (d) Digital monitoring (e) Business creation	M.Sc/BE Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in construction project and skills in (a) Installation and O&M of electricity distributions system for 11 KVA/415V, step down transformers/DBs ACBs, MCCBs, DBs, transformers from 15 KVA to 6000 KVA. (b) BOQs (c) Making project proposals (d) MIS (e) Installation and O&M of digital monitoring system.
8	Field Supervisors (for all Punjab) shall work on sites to ensure (a) Construction as per design (b) Concrete mixing ratios (c) O&M of civil works, mechanical and electric equipment of R.O, Inventory control	Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with skills in (a) Construction of foundations (b) Deep injection wells (e) Erection of prefabricated housing (d) O&M of civil works and water treatment plants (e) Quality control.
